Price
All goods will be invoiced at price ruling at date of dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

Payment
Settlement on approved accounts will be strictly 30 days from the date of invoice, all other business will be on Pro-Forma or Cash on Delivery.
One bank and two trade references are required from applicants who wish to open a credit account.

Carriage
Carriage paid on all deliveries of £150 and above, a small handling charge will apply to orders below £150.
Part carriage charge on goods required outside our weekly scheduled delivery day.
Machinery etc. Carriage extra at cost.

V.A.T.
All prices are subject to V.A.T.

Complaints and Returns
We regret that we are unable to credit returned goods or rectify complaints unless our original invoice number is quoted, returned goods will only be accepted by prior arrangement. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on returned goods.

Claims
No claims for shortage or damage can be recognised unless we (or carriers where applicable) are notified immediately and our office in writing within 4 days of delivery, and no claims for non-delivery can be recognised unless you advise us within 14 days of your invoice date.
